Chris had always been good at sales and he decided as a young teenager if he was going to "sell" for a living he would like to sell the biggest commodity of all... houses. Chris started his real estate career in October of 2004 and quickly learned that Keller Williams Realty was the place to be to get trained as a new Realtor. Their technology was leading the industry, their systems quickly create a demand for every home we listed. Through culture, systems, technology and coaching KELLER WILLIAMS quickly became the number one real estate company in the United States for the amount of agents employed.

In 2005 Chris won "rookie of the year" after closing 24 homes in one year while most realtors at the time only closed 5-6. Chris attended conference after conference learning how to leverage his marketing budget through technology to sell homes faster and faster. By 2006 he found himself with so much business he couldn't handle it all. So he decided he needed to leverage his time through staff and building a team.

In February 2006 the Freeman Advantage Team was born. Chris hired his first admin assistant and first buyers agent. That's buyers agents responsibility was to handle all the buyers that called about Chris's listings currently for sale. Together through team work they continued to rock the local Colorado Springs market and they started to move up the ranks in our KW office.

In 2008, he received got his first rental. This property management business has grown to over 75 properties with a staff of three to manage the day-to-day operations, leasing and maintenance for each rental. The growth has come from referrals from Realtors outside Keller Williams Realty and owners who referred their business associates to our team. We have a few services we exclusively provide which quickly made us the "go to" property managers for agents. Our biggest service which blows most management companies out of the water is we actually visit the homes we manage every four months. While most property managers never visit the actual house during their employment for the owner. We visit every four months, take photos, look for deferred maintenance and send those pictures to our owners. This provides peace of mind for our owners. We also pay our owners faster through direct deposit then any other company we have seen.

Chris's career continued positive trajectory as more then five banks brought his team on to sell their bank owned properties during the recession of 2008-2012.
